This Blog provides softball tips for those playing and coaching softball on softball hitting, softball pitching, softball training, softball fielding, and more
The most important thing for softball pitching is for pitchers to have a good, sound base in the fundamentals. You want a nice, balanced delivery. This should go from the start through the delivery through the follow-through.
A good way to improve on your softball pitching is to study hitters´ stances to
determine weaknesses. Hitters who dive into the ball can be beat with
fastballs in and under the hands. One who bails in the box may be
vulnerable to pitches on the outside corner.
